Your calculations

We don’t collect or save the figures you enter in our calculators. Reloading or closing a page clears your entries.

Site activity

We count page loads, calculator use, and visits to the enquiry form in aggregate. These counts help us see which tools are useful. They include the page, the kind of action, the day, and a broad source such as search or a campaign link.

We don’t use tracking cookies or store IP addresses or device identifiers in these counts. We respect the browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings for this measurement. Our hosting provider may process access logs and IP addresses under its own policies.

Your enquiries

When you send the form, we save your name, email address, business question, topic, timing, broad referral source, and submission time. The SADIEworks team uses this information to review and reply to your request. It is not displayed publicly.

We aim to remove initial form enquiries after 90 days through scheduled cleanup. Correspondence and records needed for agreed work are kept separately for that purpose. Please leave out bank credentials, account numbers, and sensitive customer or employee information.

If you email us, we use your message to answer your request. We don’t add enquiry addresses to a marketing list. To ask us to delete your information, contact us.

Purchases and downloads

When checkout is available, Stripe handles payment and its own checkout records. SADIEworks verifies the payment, product and price before granting a download. We retain a private order reference derived from the checkout ID, product and price IDs, amount, currency, test/live status and verification time. We do not collect card details on this website.

Purchase verification and support records are separate from initial enquiries and are retained to support downloads, refunds and required business records. Download links expire after 15 minutes. Keep checkout references private. Your planner inputs remain in the files you save on your computer.

Using the results

Each result depends on the figures you enter and the calculation explained on the page. Check your assumptions and important figures before committing money. Demand, payment timing, taxes, and other business conditions can affect the outcome.
