Home Maintenance & Records
A proposed Notion template for equipment, manuals, service history and who owns the next task. Target price: $24 once.
Example: An air handler has no known service history. Its task stays in “History unknown” until Alex checks the manual and records a baseline. When work is completed, a dated history entry stays attached to the equipment.
The owner chooses maintenance intervals from their equipment instructions. The template would organise records; it would not provide maintenance advice or automatically monitor equipment.

Renewal Decision Board
A shared record for small teams deciding what to renew, cancel or renegotiate. We are testing a manual version before deciding whether an app is useful.
Example: A $240 annual design-library renewal is due November 1, with an October 1 notice deadline. Alex owns the decision. “Cancel requested” remains open until the vendor confirms it.
The value we want to test is clear responsibility and completed decisions. Bank connections and automatic cancellation are outside this concept.

Weekly Household Reset
A short weekly review for commitments, waiting-on items, decisions and three next actions. A possible addition to the home-maintenance template.
- Look at the next seven days and resolve clashes.
- List what is waiting on someone and set a follow-up.
- Choose three next actions, each with an owner and date.
- Next week, check what happened and what can be dropped.
We want to learn whether households choose to use this for two weeks and continue. A static checklist does not need another monthly subscription.
